We’re delighted to launch the Waterside Credit Union Future Fund – Student Bursary Scheme, a new initiative supporting our members as they take the next step into university.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, we are offering two student bursaries worth a total of £1,500:
£1,000 Bursary
£500 Bursary
The Future Fund is open to Waterside Credit Union members who are starting the first year of a full-time university degree course in the 2026/2027 academic year.
Not a member yet? No problem. You can join Waterside Credit Union and apply for the Future Fund before the application closing date. Apply for membership today.
The bursaries are not based on academic achievement or financial circumstances. All eligible applications received by the closing date will be entered into a random draw.
How to Apply
Download and complete the Future Fund Application Form and return it, along with proof of your university offer, by:
30th September 2026

Completed applications can be returned by email, post or dropped into our office.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of university enrollment before the bursary is paid.
